Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Floral Product Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales of fresh floral arrangements are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on completed floral deliveries or installations. If you experience an issue with the quality of your arrangement upon arrival, please contact us at hello@warehouse12studio.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the flowers, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Event and Wedding Cancellations

To secure Warehouse 12 Studio for your event date, a non-refundable retainer of [50%] of the total proposed cost is required.

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the event date will not be billed for the remaining balance, but the initial retainer remains nonrefundable.
  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date are responsible for the full balance of the contract, as materials have already been sourced and secured.

Substitution Policy

Floral design is subject to nature. While we make every effort to source the exact blooms discussed in your proposal, seasonal availability and market conditions may require us to make substitutions. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while strictly maintaining the overall color palette, shape, and artistic integrity of your design.
